She founded the Venture Capital Group within IBM, where she served as its Managing Director and Vice President of Corporate Development.
She now serves as a venture advisor at NEA, one of the largest and most active venture capital firms, and as a board member at Best Buy, CoreLogic, the Bank of the West/BNP Paribas, the Energy Impact Acquisition (SPAC) and the National Association of Corporate Directors/Northern California. She’s also a Lecturer in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
