She also leads the Stanford Threshold Venture Fellows Program and serves on the Advisory Councils for the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) and STVP - the Stanford Engineering Entrepreneurship Center.

In this episode, Evan and Heidi talk about startup governance and Heidi’s new podcast ‘The Startup Solution’, where she tackles the make-or-break challenges that startups face, offering clear advice on how to survive and thrive in an early-stage company.
